That there are adults who abuse children for their own sexual demands.
That there are women who abuse their sons and daughters.
That there are men who teach their children to be their lovers.
That children can abuse and molest other children.
Yes, there are so many things one do not want to know. But the abused can't choose not to know.
Is is possible to believe a child that tells of sadistic abuse, of people who use children from other countries - children that are imported to be exposed to the worst of abuses?
Who can believe such a story?

❋ ❋ ❋Why make an exhibition about sexual abuse on children – many have asked me.
For a long time, I read about sexual abuse on children and how hard it is for the abused to get legal justice. The climax came when I read about a politician from the christian democratic party who abused his foster children. This abuse had been going on for many years, and his position made him free of suspicion. I felt an enourmous anger and frustration – I wanted to act.
And that I could do, through my art.
